NLP and Time Line Therapy
Diana Hutchison is a certified practitioner in both Neuro-linguistic programming and Time Line Therapy™.
Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California in the 1970s. NLP practitioners work on the basis that there is a connection between neurological processes (neuro-), language (linguistic) and behavioural patterns learned through experience (programming), and that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life
Time Line Therapy™ (TLT™) was devised by Dr Tad James and involves utilising a person’s individual ‘Time Line’ as means of working with their unconscious mind to heal emotional traumas, and to eradicate unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviours.
The aim of NLP and TLT™ is to align the conscious mind and the unconscious mind, which helps the individual to process issues, to let go of negative emotions, and ultimately to become more whole.
These techniques can be used to help people to overcome both simple phobias as well as more complex ones, such as social phobia or agoraphobia (although these more deep-rooted phobias will require more in-depth treatment). It is also possible to use these techniques to change habits, such as a tendency to eat sweet foods.
Both NLP and TLT™ are extremely useful in helping you to let go of unwanted beliefs, thinking patterns and emotions. If you are willing to invest your time, engage in the sessions and go through the processes, then the benefits can be enormous.
If you’d like to become free of habits or burdens, and would like to introduce some more positive ways of thinking into your life so that you can become the best you can be, then contact Diana Hutchison at Directions Coaching in Adelaide now on 0417 295 100 to start the process.
